Yūsha Sauce
Kinda like a sweet chilli sauce - but much better that sweet chilli sauce!
Designed to go with sushi. Although not traditional for a sauce of this kind to be used for sushi, myself and sushi chef Jordan (Takezushi) set out to make a sweet chilli sauce that works well with sushi.
Ingredients used in Japanese cooking were infused into this sauce in the early stages then we used ginger, lemon, lime, yuzu and naga chillies resulting in a wonderful uniquely flavoured sauce that (as we'd hoped) goes brilliantly with sushi but is great with loads of other foods too - especially (but not limited to) a wide variety of East Asian dishes.

Acid, Thickener: Xanthan gum), Sea Salt, Orange Peel, Star Anise, Black
Pepper, Nori Seaweed, Sichuan Pepper.
