Smokey Lil' Ghost

A unique, delicious and moreish chipotle hot sauce.

Hotter than your average chipotle sauce but nothing too savage.

This is one of Spice Heroes most popular products and has been a market stall favourite since the very first batch early in 2020.

It's a wonderful rich condiment that is great with a range of food. I particularly recommend it as a side sauce for bbq rubbed steak. I also like to use some Smokey Lil' Ghost to make Chipotle Mayo to go with the chips or roast potatoes.

As well as being a great condiment this sauce is great for adding to stews like beef stew, chilli con carne, bean dishes or other vegetarian stews. For example a few teaspoons of Smokey Lil' Ghost is an important addition to my halloumi bake which is a big flavoursome veg stew with a fusion of American and Greek influences served in individual casserole bowls cooked with halloumi on top.

Ingredients
Fermented Chilli (Chilli Pepper, Salt, Acetic Acid), Red Wine Vinegar, Light Brown Sugar, Hickory Liquid Smoke (Water, Natural Hickory Smoke Flavour, Vinegar, Molasses, Caramel Colour, Salt), Chilli Pepper, Garlic, Allspice, Sea Salt, Bhut Jolokia Powder.

May contain traces of:
Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Cereals Containing Gluten, Soya, Sesame & Mustard
