Spice Heroes signature 'very hot' sauce in the 'sauces made from fermented chilli' range. Not just heat for the sake of it - seriously good flavour too!!
The deep flavours of fermented Bhut Jolokia are complimented with lemon, lime, clementine and pineapple juice making this a very hot but very tasty sauce!!
Bring serious heat and flavour to your food with just a drop. designed as a condiment but great as a cooks ingredient too.

Reaper What You Sow:
A very hot Carolina Reaper sauce. Quite stingy but not unpleasant. Can seem quite consumable but then comes back to bite you in the ass!!!
Fruity as hell and great with loads of different foods - delicious on pizza!!
Ingredients:
Bell Pepper, Mango, Cider Vinegar, Light Brown Sugar, Pineapple, Sea Salt, Fermented Carolina Reaper (Carolina Reaper, Salt, Acetic Acid) (3.7%), Onion, Lime Juice, Roast Garlic, Xanthan Gum, Lime Zest.
May contain traces of: Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Cereals Containing Gluten, Soya & Sesame.

Smokey Li' Ghost:
A unique, delicious and moreish chipotle hot sauce.
Hotter than your average chipotle sauce but nothing too savage.
This is one of Spice Heroes most popular products and has been a market stall favourite since the very first batch early in 2020.
It's a wonderful rich condiment that is great with a range of food. I particularly recommend it as a side sauce for bbq rubbed steak. I also like to use some Smokey Lil' Ghost to make Chipotle Mayo to go with the chips or roast potatoes.
