Lil' Jalapeño Salsa Picante Verde:
Based on old mexican table sauces and Pico De Gallo, this fresh salsa like hot sauce is great with (but not limited to) all things Tex-Mex and Mexican.
Ingredients:
Fermented Jalapeño (Jalapeño, Salt, Acetic Acid) (19%), Cider Vinegar, Green Chilli Pepper (17%), Bell Pepper, Tomato, Onion, Light Brown Sugar, Garlic, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Coriander, Lime Zest, Xanthan Gum.
May contain traces of: Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Cereals Containing Gluten, Soya, Sesame, Milk, Celery & Mustard

Hot Sauce Calderfornia:
A fresh and earthy chilli sauce that’s not too hot but does deliver a bit of a kick. Made with fresh mango and fermented South American chillies.
Great with pizza, pork tacos and loads more!!

Mango, Cider Vinegar, Fermented Aji’ Amarillo (Aji’ Amarillo, Salt, Acetic Acid) , Fermented Criollo (Criollo, Salt, Acetic Acid), Light Brown Sugar, Lemon Juice, Xanthan Gum.

Smokey Lil' Ghost:
A unique, delicious and moreish chipotle hot sauce.
Hotter than your average chipotle sauce but nothing too savage.
This is one of Spice Heroes most popular products and has been a market stall favourite since the very first batch early in 2020.
It's a wonderful rich condiment that is great with a range of food. I particularly recommend it as a side sauce for bbq rubbed steak. I also like to use some Smokey Lil' Ghost to make Chipotle Mayo to go with the chips or roast potatoes.
As well as being a great condiment this sauce is great for adding to stews like beef stew, chilli con carne, bean dishes or other vegetarian stews.
